What is telephone coaching?
Telephone coaching is an easy and accessible way to get your
relationship questions answered – right from the privacy of your own
home or office. It is a fast and direct way to meet some of your basic
relationship needs and get your questions answered.
Telephone coaching can be done any hour of the day, evening, or
weekend - It simply requires a phone line.
Sometimes your questions or concerns can be addressed in a one-time
phone call. Other times, individuals or couples wish to have on-going
consultation or “spot-checks” to continue making changes they have
begun. Some people schedule regular monthly or bi-monthly phone
“meetings” to work toward their goals.
All coaching is scheduled at your discretion and whenever you feel the
need.

Unique situations where telephone coaching is helpful?
While telephone coaching can be a good choice for almost anyone, here
are some unique situations where it has proven useful:

You and your partner live in different cities yet want to have a
coaching session.

Your partner is in the military and out-of-state or out-of
the-country and you want to work together with a counselor

Your schedule (s) are difficult and you want to have coaching or
counseling during off-hours when many counselors are unavailable

You are disabled and find it difficult to get around, but using the
telephone is an accessible means of communicating for you

You are a single parent with kids or a stay-at-home parent and
cannot get away to a counseling session – using the phone doesn’t require you to get a babysitter

Coaching with your extended family, in-laws, or other parties is
difficult due to living in different cities. Telephone coaching via a conferenced calling option does away with any barriers to coaching
with a group of people.

What do you charge and how do I pay?
Telephone coaching is charged by the minute. The fee is $2.70 per
minute. You have two options for payment:
Just $2.70 per minute is
all you pay!
- 1/2 hour $68.00
- 1 hour $135.00
Simply give me your VISA or MasterCard number at the time of
your phone call.

Once your credit card is authorized, the minutes are
charged to your account when the session is completed.

COMING SOON: Use our easy PayPal option for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. You need to do this a few days in advance, when you call to
schedule your appointment, so the payment is processed before your
coaching session.

How do I reach you or schedule an

What are tele-conferenced classes?
In addition to telephone coaching for an individual or couple, I offer
training in Big Picture Partnering skills over the telephone through
tele-conferenced classes. These are done at a regularly scheduled time
and involve a group of people calling in to one location to take a
class with Dr. Jan. We are all able to hear and speak to one another
in this one-time or on-going class venue.
